Refund Policy
We aim to provide excellent services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you seek a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to know what you can expect and what is required.
1. General Refund Guidelines
Project-Based Services: Once a project has commenced, refunds are not available for work already completed. If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will receive all completed work, but payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
- Design Approval: No refunds will be issued after the client approves the mock-up designs and we transition into the development phase.
- Milestone Payments: Partial refunds are not provided for projects that are midway through a milestone phase
2. Digital Marketing Packages
Cancellation: Clients may cancel digital marketing packages by providing a written notice 30 days in advance.
Refunds: Payments made for digital marketing packages are non-refundable.
3. Inactive Projects
Projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days are not eligible for refunds on deposits or payments already made.
4. Special Promotions
Services offered during special promotions or limited-time offers cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Email Credit Plans
- Rollover Policy: Email credits do not expire and will roll over, provided you log into your account at least once every two months. Failure to do so may result in permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
- Usage: Refunds are not available for email credits that have been used beyond 5% of the purchased plan.
- Conversion: We do not permit the conversion of email credit plans to SMS credit plans or vice versa, as they are distinct services
6. SMTP Plan:
We offer a 3-day refund policy for SMTP plans. You can request a refund within 3 days if usage is below 5% of the purchased plan.
7. Refund Request Procedure
- Time Frame: If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 2 days of placing your order
- Conditions: To be eligible, you must not have used more than 5% of any email credit plan. Bulk SMS services are excluded from this refund policy
- Process: Submit a refund request within the specified time frame, including a detailed reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days and will amount to 50% of the total value paid.
8. No Guarantee on Results
While we strive to deliver quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as open rates or link clicks, as these depend on various factor’s including your database and content
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You should check this policy from time to time.
